General Event Information
What is a tribute festival?
A tribute festival celebrates the music and legacy of iconic artists or bands through live performances – giving you the opportunity to dance along to your favourite artists at a fraction of the price! You can check out the fantastic tributes performing at our festival in 2026 on our line-up page.
When and where is the festival taking place?
Hatton Tribute Festival 2026 will take place from the 3rd – 5th july 2026 at hatton country world, cv35 8xa. upon arrival, take the first left off the main drive. from here the car parking and drop off zone for the event will be on the left as you enter.
Friday 3rd July 2026 – Hatton Goes Country (doors 6:30pm) music at 7:30pm & finish at 10pm.
saturday 4th & sunday 5th July 2026 – gates open at 1pm & finish at 10pm.
Is this a family friendly event?
Yes, the festival is open to all ages. We have plenty of entertainment and acts to keep people of all ages involved!
What Happens if it rains?
The event is outdoors with limited shelter from rain. The event will go ahead but in extreme weather the promoter reserves the right to re-schedule the event or cancel.
What time can i turn up?
Gates to the event will open at 6:30pm on friday and 1pm on saturday & sunday. last entry is at 9pm each day.
Can I see just one act?
As this is a festival, seeing a whole range of live performances is part of the fun! We therefore cannot offer admission to sole artists, but recommend you come and spend the day with us partying in the Castle Grounds. The timings of each act will be released closer to the event, but please be aware the schedule is subject to change at the discretion of the promoter.
Tickets and Admission
How can I buy tickets for the festival?
Tickets can be purchased online from friday 27th march 2026.
Can I buy my tickets on the day?
We anticipate this event to be busy, and so we recommend that you buy your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment.
What is included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes entry to the festival, access to all tribute performances, and all the family entertainment on offer.
Do I need a separate ticket for each day?
friday 3rd, saturday 4th & sunday 5th July 2026 ARE ALL INCLUDED WITHIN A WEEKEND PASS WHICH OFFERS THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY. ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN PURCHASE A TICKET FOR SINGLE DAYS.
Can I transfer or refund my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, but we may transfer your ticket from one day to another after purchase (subject to availability).
Does my child require a ticket?
Everyone entering the site requires a valid ticket. Under 3 Year Old’s are free, but still require a valid ticket.
Where do I get my tickets from once purchased?
Your tickets will be available on your initial purchase email 2 weeks before the event. They will be in a QR code format. You can show these on your mobile to gain access or print these off at home.

What tribute bands will be performing?
We have an exciting lineup of tribute bands celebrating legendary artists! the full line-up will be announced soon!
iS THERE food and drinks available at the festival?
We have a wide range of fantastic food vendors both sweet and savoury to keep you fed throughout the day including Pizza, Donuts, Burgers along with multiple bars for you to purchase alcoholic and soft drinks! Challenge 25 is in operation across the site, ID may be required to purchase alcohol.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Only sealed soft drinks in cans or plastic bottles and bottled water are permitted within the arena, all alcohol and other beverages must be purchased inside the venue at one of our bars. Please be prepared for your bags to be searched upon entry to the arena with searches in progress by security teams. Alcohol purchased from outside of the arena will be confiscated and disposed of, due to licensing conditions. No Glass will be permitted onto site. WE HAVE LOTS OF DELICIOUS STREET FOOD TRADERS TO KEEP YOU FED TOO!
Can I bring Gazebos or Tents?
We do not permit gazebos or tents onto the site.
Can I bring my own chair?
We understand that dancing for an entire day means you may need the occasional break – therefore we welcome picnic blankets and small, collapsible camping chairs. During the acts, many guests will be dancing, so chairs will need to be positioned a suitable distance away from the stage BEHIND THE SIGNAGE.
Is there parking available?
parking is available for guests at the venue for free, with no pre-booking required. it is important you follow signage for the event and do not use the Hatton Adventure World Car Parking. you will be required to give us your registration details on arrival to the event.
Is there an age limit for the event?
There is no age restriction for this event. Any guests under the age of 16 will be required to be accompanied by a paying adult.
Can I leave during the day?

Accessibility
Is the festival accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible and we have accessible toilets. Please note the event is held on grass and no Trackway will be laid for this event.
Is there a lost and found area?
Yes, our lost and found area is located at event control. Please report any lost items immediately.
who qualifies for a concession?
Concession tickets are for seniors 65+ years.

Can I take photos or video during the performances?
Photography and video are allowed for personal use only. Please be considerate of others when taking pictures.
Are there any VIP or exclusive packages available?
There are no VIP or Golden Circle packages available for our 2026 event.
Are there any group discounts available?
For bookings of 20 or more, please contact us to receive an exclusive offer.
Will there be security and medical provisions present?
SIA trained security professionals and medical trained staff will be present all day to ensure the safety of all attendees. Should you need assistance at any point during the event, you can speak to a steward in hi-vis who will be connected to all staff via radio or at the security and medical point.
